Chilango Croydon Delivery Kitchen — Restaurant in London

Maybe I'm a weirdo for giving this review but I feel I really have to: this place has honestly the loveliest staff of any fast food place I've ever been. They manage to remain chilled out under pressure, they speed my order through if they can tell I'm worried about missing my train, they're patient when I don't catch what they said first time, they have even given me random perks/upgrades occasionally when they can tell I'm hyper tired/stressed/asking for a really small portion of something at the end of the day. Thought this was just one chance occasion, but it's been multiple times now that someone has gone out of their way to make my evening better when I'm passing through after a long day at work. Whoever is hiring is obviously good at spotting lovely customer service people! Oh and the food is great, easily a rival for tortilla and a thousand times better than...

Awful service, no idea how they have a 4+ rating. Food is good but customer service is absolutely terrible, both in store and delivery. Have walked out of the store multiple times for being kept waiting so long, always wonder why I bother to come back. Delivery is better but last couple of orders have been missing items or come with wrong ingredients. When it's right it's good but all the other poor factors ruin the experience.

Edit: came back 3 months later at 8.55PM after long day at work, not serving, no ingredients and store ready to close at 9PM despite advertised open until 9.30PM. Last time I ever try here for food. TERRIBLE. Staff incredibly rude, no respect for customers or store, one of the worst places in Croydon for customer service. Avoid...

Service here is always amazing, , food is piping hot and are the staff! (Wink wink) Staff are very accommodating and always advise you if you are about to miss out on a deal. Given their fast paced role it surprises me that they are able to be so smiley and happy all the time but they manage it.

I have seen people come in and be rude to them and they handle it so well, I honestly have no faults with the quality of service/food at this establishment.

Thank so much for making my life burritolicious and for not moaning at me when I order my medium salsa, for cream and cheese only chicken burrito !!
