Service and atmosphere: I bought the doner meat and chips, I ordered it with a drink (can of full fat coke). The order was taken by a younger guy who was polite. Then an older man came, and suddenly the mood changed. The older gentleman hurriedly made me pay for the food. He spoke to me like I was stupid and like I was less than human, I didn’t appreciate that at all. The vibe I got from him in particular is that he doesn’t know how to respectfully talk to black people, especially women in particular. When I received my food I had them pointed out that I was not given the drink I had asked for. The younger guy was very quick to apologise and had even pointed out the drink would have been cheaper with my meal. I ended up spending an extra £1.50 for the drink meaning they had tricked me into spending more. The older man knew exactly what he was doing and his attitude was disgusting. He had been speaking his language when preparing my food and now it comes across as if he was coaching his younger colleague to scam me for that £1.50, which is pathetic if you ask me.

Food: I promise you, it’s nothing special. I come from Tower Hamlets and even the kebabs there are a lot nicer and full of flavour despite their versions not being original Turkish cuisine. The chips were overly salted and the consistency of texture was irritating. Some chips were soggy and the others hard like cardboard. The meat was cut up nicely but that was it. Without sauce there was no flavour or seasoning. The whole thing was drowned in sauce which just made the whole thing even more underwhelming. Some pieces looked undercooked and others were bony making me concerned for my teeth. Never in my life have I had to worry about the state of my teeth when eating a lamb doner kebab. All of the above issues combined were enough to write this detailed review. There are hundreds of kebab shops in London, this one falls right to the bottom. The attitude I received was audacious considering how bland the food was. The younger chap should consider working somewhere before he ends up miserable and soulless like...

So I’ve been there twice, 1st time was okay apart from that they overcharged me for food, unfortunately just found out about it on my 2nd visit, 1st time there when I made an order I told them I’ll eat inside on the table and I would like it in the box but separated chips from meat, they offered they will do it on the plate since I’m eating inside, which was very professional. On my 2nd visit I ordered the same food as a 1st time just without the drink and I’ve told them I will eat inside on the table, after about 10min my order was complete but he put that straight in to the box without asking, didn’t ask if I would like some salad with it, I’ve told him that I would like it on the plate same as a last time, he’s told me that it is the same in the box as on the plate and there is no difference and stated laughing in to my face… and he only asked if I would like some drink with it ( my 1st thought was you are not getting anymore money from me mate for your rude service) I just wanted to be looked after like a first time. Stared to eat my food and donner was uncooked and chips weren’t fresh, it tasted awful. 1st time I’ve paid £14.50 with a drink, 2nd time I’ve paid £11 for the same order just without a drink, and that was mirinda orange 330ml…. If you want to be disgraced with your money, rest assured, this is the right place. Although I was dissatisfied before, I ordered Lamb Shish and Chips thinking that maybe they had fixed themselves after a long time because there was no open place. But again.. While eating the food, I realized that I was eating Onion Wrap, not Lamb Wrap. It was %90 filled with onions and the smell and taste was disgusting.
