Coban Cafe — Restaurant in London

Came here last week and ordered a vegi omelette, when the plate come to me the chef over cooked the omelette, I didn't realise you can over cook a simple dish. Today I've asked the waitress to tell the chef not to over cook the same omelette which I ordered. The waitress came back and said it wasn't possible to cook it the way I asked as they had to cook it the way the chef new. Burnt and chewy.... They have also updated their menu, the only change is the prices...

My food was okay but the service and my girlfriend’s steak was awful. It had to be sent back 3x and the waitress said “What do you expect, it’s a cafe not a big restaurant where you have eaten before” she was very abrupt from the beginning.
