Kickin Chicken — Restaurant in London

I’ve orders from Kickin Chicken many times, however this time I was highly disappointed. It took around 1 hour and a half for my food to arrive. I had to call them after 1 hour had passed and they told me that they’re busy and that the driver had left to drop the food off. That was a lie. I live 5 mins away and yet it still took 30 mins more for the food to arrive. I assume that they forgot about my order and after I called they quickly rushed to make the food and deliver it. Moreover, I ordered the family burger meal and received a wrong burger and the chips were soggy, lukewarm and greyish in colour. Never getting food...

This is the worst peri peri wrap I have ever had.. Ordered peri wrap with peri chips The chips where soggy and warm, the wrap which was small in size with a few piece of shredded lettuce, no other salad ie onion, tomaro, cucumber and it had so much mayo in it u could not taste the peri peri. Waited over an hour for the delivery, will never use these again. Totally disappointed as I was starving hungry waiting for it, half of it in the bin. Plus they missed out the corn on the cob which I asked for twice on the phone.. I do not recommend these...

I recently ordered pizza from Kicken Chicken, and it was absolutely amazing! The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was just right.
