Overall ok experience, when I arrived no one was available to greet customers at the door which felt awkward. Waited 20 minutes for a menu, then ended up grabbing one myself. Ordered buffalo wings, but they had NO buffalo sauce, was quite dry, which was misleading as they were simply crispy chicken wings. The sweet and sour chicken was decent it was full of flavour and tasted really nice. The flavour of the shisha itself was decent, began to be light then ended up being quite heavy. Not a huge variety of flavours. The atmosphere of the lounge when first arrived was not the best considering the music, but then it got better towards the end when others were changing the playlist themselves. The DJ in restaurant was playing really good songs, wished the music was connected to hear in the lounge as I came to smoke. The belly dancer was a great addition can never go wrong with that! It felt as more of ‘if you’re a family friend’ you’ll get priority type of vibe as an ordinary customer like myself felt secondary and sometimes forgotten. Needs better organisation in regards to staff memories table numbers and who ordered what as I’m an honest person although others may not be as honest if server asks them ‘what did they order’. I do understand it was quite busy and it was their first day under new management, therefore I hope to see improvements in the future. Rubicon Lychee and Frozen Blueberry £23 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ New lounge around the Chingford area which only started doing shisha in the last couple of weeks. Ordered mix of Rubicon Lychee and Frozen Blueberry. Shisha took around 15 minutes to arrive in a legend hookah with a kaloud Samsaris bowl and a flipped coal tray as the head was quite big for the tray to sit the right way. At first smoke was not pulling through so they took the tray off and we went old school with the foil and coal. Smoke was very good I must say flavours were there and the pipe was a very good performer with plenty of clouds and quick purge to clear. We had regular coal changes and I would say the smoke lasted an average of 40 minutes before dying down and this is mainly due to the direct coal to foil method otherwise we would have definitely got more longevity. I would ask the lounge to use an appleontop provost for a bowl like this as the flat pan can sit perfectly on the large rim of the bowl as this bowl was made to be used with a kaloud. Now moving onto the lounge it has a nice warm feeling, definitely a spot to chill out and unwind, music isn’t too loud which is perfect for us. Let me start by saying their food was absolutely top quality, completely superceded all our expectations. The burgers are so juicy and tasty, chicken wings are crispy and taste great, and the milkshakes are incredible (definitely go for the Kinder Bueno Freak Shake)

First time ordering from here, and we did so from their website. After receiving confirmation, I went to go pick up the food. Now, being a new establishment, teething problems are bound to appear. Unfortunately, their online ordering system isn't up and running properly, they hadn't received the order, but before you say anything bad about this, the response I got from the staff there was second to none. They were very apologetic about it, and got started on my order immediately.

I had no quarrel about it, so neither should you.

All the staff are extremely friendly, offering me drinks whilst I waited for my order. They behaved in a manner that exceeded my expectations, and I'm greatful for that.

All in all, I'd 100% recommend both eating in (it's pretty swanky in there, they've even got a swinging chair!), And ordering from them. All I'll say is give them a call when making an order for collection until they get their technical issues sorted with...
