I ordered 2 waffles it worths 23£ The waffle was over cooked and crusty and hard . This appeared to be cooked way in advance definitely not fresh at all. Disgusting. Order said topped with chocolate and besides strawberries. I had quarters of a single strawberry that’s it no chocolate and none toppings.i ordered via just eat . I ask just eat to refund because that’s not the food i ordered but they didn’t gave me any refund. I tried to call at coco london but they didn’t answered me . I ordered over there previously but this is not like that . I think owner is changed and staff is changed that’s why this happened . Hope they tried to contact me and give me my money back or give me an replace order because that’s not good whatever was...

I recently visited COCO London and was blown away by the unique toppings and flavours of their waffle bites! The desserts are really lovely but it seems like there is an issue with the opening times. My daughter went to buy something at 3.45 and even if they open at 3.00, she was told that she needs to wait 15-20 minutes because the shop just opened and the sauces are not ready yet.
