Woman of short stature there incredibly rude, she could cause a verbal retaliation that she would not want to see through.
So not smart or professional at all. She’s probably been there a long time so she’s comfy and has next level audacity. But that stuff won’t take her anywhere nice in future so yeah good luck with all that.
Another dude was taking my order, in middle of taking my order, he lets another man (type that thinks he has authority) interrupt my order to Get whatever he wanted. Again, disrespectful treatment towards a customer, and I’m sure that customer wouldn’t like it too but hey, I now save money from many lattes, they lose a customer from buying many more and drops a 1 star review. Read moreI had a unpleasant experience today with the barista at green lanes brunch, from the start she was being rude because I entered the store where it said exit, I apologised because I genuinely did not see the sign, (she didn’t even notice herself until another customer brought it to her attention and then she was rolling her eyes permanently) then when I asked for 5 sugars ( I ordered two coffees) I asked for 2 extra and she said I gave you six, then I insisted I needed more and she threw about 5 sugars on the counter for me. One of your staff members didn’t want to complete my order as I was with my electric scooter and willing to have a quick drink indoors. He stated I was not allowed to keep it inside without further explanation. I asked what happens if a customer comes in on a wheelchair or a buggy, since they all occupy the same room. He kept saying I wasn’t allowed and he wasn’t proceeding to finish my order. So I went to another costa coffee where this rule seem it doesn’t exist.
