Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I went to the Costa branch at 13B Alperton Lane, Perivale, Greenford, UB6 8DH, England, and I came across an Asian employee with yellow hair who was one of the best baristas I have ever dealt with in my life. Therefore, I would like to write an excellent review for that employee so that I can put it on Google.

My experience at the Costa branch was excellent thanks to the amazing employee I encountered there. The employee was of Asian origin and her yellow hair highlighted her natural beauty, but more importantly, her outstanding skills in customer service.

From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by her warm and friendly smile. She was extremely nice and genuinely interested in meeting the needs of customers. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of the products and provided valuable recommendations regarding the coffee that would suit my taste. I truly felt that I was in superior care.

It was not just her professionalism in service that caught my attention, but also her speed and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders. It didn't take long until I found myself in front of me with the delicious cups of coffee I had ordered.

Honestly, I did not expect to be this satisfied with my experience. I was truly grateful to the amazing employee for her efforts and the care she showed towards her customers. I made sure to personally thank her for the excellent service she provided.

I popped in with my two children to have coffee and hot chocolate; the place was exceptionally tidy and clean. I couldn’t help but to watch a member of staff named Marta Barista doing her work of tidying up and cleaning. Marta was quite immaculate in her work that it felt for a while she’s tidying up at home. She has been doing that work with honesty and integrity and I thought Costa has definitely choose the right staff for their famous brand. I am a loyal customer to Costa and my last visit to this Cosa branch has been exceptionally impressive and exciting. It’s been a pleasure seeing this enthusiastic member of staff in action and I have no doubt whatsoever that Marta is a credit to Costa and she should be promoted to a managerial level to pass her code of conduct to other junior staff. Now I know how meticulous Costa company is in choosing their staff. I’ll be going back to that branch to enjoy both costa coffee and the comfort created by costa staff, Marta in particular. What a pleasant experience that was! Great stuff! Keep up the good work Marta! Well done...

The only good thing is the layout of the building. Been here twice in the past month, first time I ordered the special Lindtt hot chocolate from the inside counter; it tasted quite bland so the barista very kindly made me another one which was much different to the first one. Second time was today, this time I ordered a hot chocolate & the new coconut latte via the drive through; both just tasted very bland, just like hot water, had to throw it away. This is the nearest coffee shop for me but I would not recommend it & I’ve had better hot chocolates/lattes at other branches & never had this issue.

Perhaps the staff need better coffee making training as it is a new branch & perhaps they haven’t been trained properly to make the coffee.

Personal opinion; I’d rather travel a bit further for a better costa or Starbucks any day. This place is a waste of money, for stuff that tastes like hot water with a hint of some flavour; like seriously McDonald’s café coffee...
