Pizza House Mediterranean Restaurant — Restaurant in London

We just had a terrible experience at this establishment. Things got off to a bad start, as I ordered a falafel starter and, even after having to confirm the order a second time, they brought out meatballs instead. The mains were mediocre but passable...that is until we found a 2cm piece of metal wire in the middle of the lasagne. The waitstaff apologised and offered to bring a fresh one but when it came out it was plainly apparent that it was the exact same lasagne, just with some additional tomato sauce on top. Less than impressed by this we asked for the bill but waited more than 15 minutes until it was clear they had just ignored us or forgotten. When the bill came there was no acknowledgement or apology for the awful experience, and they even had the gall to add a service charge to the bill and push back on our request that the lasagne be taken off the bill. Ended up paying just to get out of there. The waitstaff did not seem to care and the owner/manager seemed totally oblivious. Avoid...

Came here on a bank holiday for breakfast in a large group of around 10 people. Unfortunately service was slow, half the table finished eating before the other half had their food served. They also got the order wrong, serving half cooked eggs when it was requested well done. They forgot an order and then rushed it and it arrived half hot and half cold, again got the eggs half cooked instead of well done. They gave us free tea and coffee to say sorry. Food was average at best. The waffles were poor and they don't have Nutella, they put half a banana on the waffles and when asked they added a handful of blueberries and a couple of strawberries. We ordered from here via deliveroo to receive as a takeaway. We will never order from here again, terrible! No chicken in the chicken caesar salad, it consisted of a few slices of iceberg lettuce, two cherry tomatoes cut in half and once slice of old bread not cut up into croutons. No basil in the calzone, no chips which were supposed to come with the calzone, no chilli oil in the calamari, banoffee pie that looked like half a kids portion. No extra fries that was ordered and paid for. Worst meal I have had from deliveroo, very disappointing. Maybe it is better if you attend the restaurant, but on what we received we will not...
