Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I have given my review 3 stars for various reasons. One, it was spotlessly clean & disabled accessible. Two, we were not offered any assistance whatsoever & our entire group consisted of all wheelchair users. And lastly, three, a member of staff was blocking my way to the counter as she was cleaning, she knew I was behind her & despite me & my friend loudly and politely saying “excuse me”, she chose to ignore us. She was cleaning so vigorously that she accidentally threw an item off the counter & behind her. It hit me, she bent to pick it up & didn’t even so much as look at me, let alone apologise. This branch of the nationwide chain is nicely located aside North End, a pedestrian only street which functions as an outdoor shopping mall. A short walk from the George St. Tram Stop, it is located inside the entrance to a department store but is separatated from it. I ordered Ice Latte and they gave me hot cup of latte. When I told them about the mistake, the two staff ladies had attitude and aggressively yelled at me and told me it’s not their mistake although it’s obvious that their fault and didn’t pay attention to the customer orders. Not only they did that, they just put ice in that hot latte and told me they fixed it instead of making it new one. However, coffee is trash. The worst coffee I ever drink in my life and never...
