Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

The management is very poor, we ordered a strawberry frappe and the lid wasn’t closed properly therefore it fell, and it wasn’t our fault. We kindly asked for a new one as one of the girls said she will come over and clean up. She also mentioned that we can get a new one. The manager Anna came across as very rude, she had 0 manners on how to talk to customers and refused on giving me a new one and that I would have to pay. I asked again kindly that it wasn’t my fault but she continued to ignore me and serve customers. This made the whole environment very awkward as customers were staring. This place has become an absolute joke! To wait for 20 minutes in a queue with only 2 people in front of me just to make an order...after that another 10 minutes to have your drink....the "new girl" that is not new for 2 months now is unimaginable slow, without any knowledge about what she is doing. The drinks are poor made and barely have a taste. Please hire people who have at least some basics for this job. Where is Stefano, Valentina, Maria? Horrible service from the manager himself at the goodmayes retail park who is new in the branch called Mr Zain . I am a regular customer who picks up my coffee ever Morning. Usually I am given an extra cup due to the cup getting hot to hold as I order a hot Americano everyday .The heartless manager refuses to give an extra cup even though his colleagues mentioned to him that I am a regular customer and that I am always offered an extra cup.
