This place USED to be great but it looks like recently a new owner has taken over.
FOOD
The food now is tasteless, I ordered a Chicken Biriyani and it was awful! There was no flavour and neither did it taste fresh. They used to spend a good 5 minutes mixing and adding the spices - it took under a minute which is quite possibly the reason it tasted so bad.
I also ordered a box of six kebabs which have got a lot smaller and again were certainly not cooked that day or even before judging how dry they were!
The sauces which come with the food have even been watered down - I mean come on thereās saving money but this is just pathetic.
It seems there is a new female owner, who shouts at the staff but also constantly on a private call via headpiece & consequently had to repeat my order as she clearly wasnāt listening.
Whilst I was there two customers that were eating in had returned at least 5 dishes to be reheated re-cooked at it seemed in the end they simply gave up sending the food back.
Hygiene.
The place inside now also looks filthy, the counter area had dried food which looked like it hadnāt been cleaned in a while which didnāt make me feel great knowing my food was being served from the filthy counters.
The area where the food is being prepared had bits of meat everywhere and just generally filthy.
The new female owner took my cash for my meal and then put my salad into a bag using her HAND to push it in - the SAME HAND SHE HANDLED THE CASH WITH !
Summary.
All in all, if you previously eaten here prior to this lady taking over do NOT think the food will be anywhere near to the standard it previously was! The service , cleanliness , portions sizes & taste has deteriorated to an awful level and would urge anyone to simply not eat there.
I hope the owner reads this review and addresses my comment and actually does something to turn around the quality of both the service and the taste of the food.
It is no good having a sparkling white Audi parked directly outside the store if the inside is absolutely filthy - it almost shows where your priorities are and it certainly isnāt in the business.
I would really advise you to also treat your staff with better respect as what I saw was not a way anyone should be treated.

I Ordered:
š Small Lamb Curry - Ā£5 š« Fresh Naan - 99p š± Jumbo Lunch Box (Egg Fried Rice With Duck In Plum Sauce) - Ā£11.99
Total: £17.98 (Divided By 2 Is £8.99)
Their Food Really Does Contain Flavours That Make It Enjoyable For Breakfast, And The Chinese Portions Really Do Get Served To The Brim After Paying A Cheap Price.
The Naan Was Mega Fresh, Straight Out Of The Clay Oven, With A Soft Shell And Crispy Bubbles, Perfect For Dunking Into The Lamb Curry, Which Was Delicious, With No Bones, Just Soft, Tender Meat Smothered In A Flavoursome Sauce That Reminded Me Of Being At An Asian Wedding.. Thatās How Qualitative It Was.
Despite The Salad Being Kinda Plain, Once Added To The Dunk, Thereās Now A Nice Variety In The Texture From Saucy To Soft, To Tender, To Crispy To Crunchy. Basically Going Up The Periodic Table Of Textures, If Thatās Even A Thing.
Oioioi Look At That Portion. Now The Plum Sauce Kinda Got Me On Edge With The Gooey Texture, But Giving It A Try Made Me Go Ahaa, This Reminds Me Of A Kinda Jam-Like Sauce, Which Is Interesting And Mixes Well With The Duck, Which BTW Is My First Time Ever Trying It, And If I Had To Describe It, Itās Tasty Like Chicken, With A More Firmer Texture Like Meat You Gotta Kinda Yank With Your Teeth. And Yes, The Egg Fried Rice Tasted Fresh, Had Flavour, And Worked Really Well To Uplift The Sweet Saucy Duck Side To Higher Highs.
I Was Pleased And Kinda Full From The Lamb Curry Alone, So I Took The Duck Home To Let Someone Else Taste The...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a takeaway on 15th July at 11:39 PM, which included boneless mutton biryani and roasted lamb chow mein. While the chow mein was decent, the biryani was completely unacceptable. It had a strong, foul smell and was clearly spoiled ā absolutely not safe for consumption.
It was extremely concerning, as consuming expired food can lead to serious health risks, including food poisoning. The dish was served by a staff member was a girl wearing glasses, and it was evident that no proper quality checks were in place before serving the food.
I attempted to contact the restaurant immediately, but unfortunately, it was already closed by then. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. For a dish that cost £14, this experience was both disappointing and potentially dangerous.
I am requesting a full refund and a proper follow-up from management regarding this incident. Please ensure better food handling standards to prevent such situations...
