I had high hopes on first entry. The lady behind the counter seemed confident and well spoken. I tried to order several things and were told they were out of stock. Finally settled on the falafel panini to be told there were no falafels. I agreed on mushrooms instead of falafel in the vegan panini. There was supposed be sundried tomatoes in the panini. Instead I received a panini with mushrooms and cream cheese like substance which wasn’t vegan. To make matters worse they had an employee working from Italy who didn’t speak much English making the food so I’m not surprised the orders were coming out wrong. This would be deeply concerning for anyone with allergies. The persons food who I was with arrived more or less straight away. When I enquired about mine which arrived after theirs was nearly finished, I was told they were only a few girls working and they were really busy. There were hardly any customers there. The waitress who brought the food out had no initiative, when there was a problem with the food, said words to the effect ā€˜oh I don’t know, I’m new,go to the till’ and walked off.’ Hot drinks arrived luke warm. There was no attempt to clean up outside after people had left. The people next to me complained that their cake was so hard it cold take someone’s eye out. Sorry to say but these people appeared to have no experience working in a cafe.

Coffee always on point especially now the main man is here every day! I use their beans at home now as well and they taste great in my Gaggia. Do find it strange how many people are happy to complain about trivial things on here instead of just telling the guy...he's very friendly and he won't bite! Always great chat while I wait as well...lucky to have you in Northfields šŸ™šŸ‘Œ

The coffee was great! They had affogato on the menu which is hard to find in London coffee shops! The prices were reasonable. Very lovely atmosphere. The team member was very kind and polite. Will definitely come again!

The food was delicious but the service…We went for Sunday brunch to Court of Miracles for the first time but it was our last visit. We ordered some food and drinks and sat outside to free table which still had some dirty drinks on it. The waiter noticed us and the dirty dishes but he couldn’t be bothered to clear it, only when the other waitress brought our drinks and apologised then they finally cleared the table after roughly 15 minutes of us sitting there. When the food arrived we had no cutlery on the table which we went to ask for inside. The haven’t got any and they just hand washed some for us, No sign of napkins tho. They told us they are very busy now but when I looked around there were maybe 3/4 tables and more empty tables then full. When we asked the waiter at the table for some salt&pepper he rudely replied ā€œcome and get it from inside. I have other things to doā€. His attitude put me that off that I even lost the appetite for that tasty breakfast. Another thing which made me sick even more, was the disgusting moldy coffee glass I had. I ordered iced coffee which was served in those glass jars. Half way through of drinking it I noticed the black moulding from inside of the handle. Probably never washed properly, now thinking I’m glad they washed the cutlery in front of us. It’s a shame that lovely place and delicious food is being ruined by...

I have been to Court of Miracles near Northfields station and the service and coffee has always been fantastic. Decided to try this Cafe and was appalled at how rude the manager was towards his own staff (2x servers). It was a busy morning and it was obvious the staff were doing their best to battle the heat and the long line but the manager continued to berate the servers in front of everyone. One server made an error on a coffee and cake order, to which the patron complained about and the manager interrupted the server, who was taking an order, to tell her off. Really sad to witness and unfortunately the entire cafe could hear him yelling at both staff, who looked visibly upset.

I hope both servers are okay - you did...
