Where do I start with this one... First of all when my friend and I got in, we waited for about 15 minutes and had to ask a member of staff if we could sit down because no one had approached us at all. Once we were given a seat about (20 minutes later), ordered the food for them to say a 30 mins wait. I had ordered 2 hot drinks as well. The table we were given was dirty, wasn't even wiped down and we had to move the plates and glasses to the table next to us as nothing was cleared. After about 15 minutes or so of waiting I had to go to the counter and ask for the hot drinks as they don't take 30 mins to make. And it took a further 10 minutes to receive After waiting a total of 40 minutes for our, a group of about 6 people sat down next to us and for some reason got their food before us and another couple that had been waiting for almost as long as us. We had to wait 40 mins for food, meanwhile the large group of people only waited for 10... The food was ok but overall I was not happy with the service at all which gave me a very poor experience. I have been to Creams in Brixton and Norbury and they are great, this one however was far from it. If you do want to go there creams I would say DONT go to the one in Ealing

Overall the experience was good and prices and not that expensive either. Food and pricing We ordered 2 waffles and one a cake type thing along with a peanut butter shake. The waffles were amazing the syrups were top-notch! Strawberries and chocolate fudge on top of the waffles were amazing ! The pricing is decent with the quality of food they are providing. However the quality of the chocolate in the cookie dough was a bit inferior compared to the quality of chocolate fudge in the waffles. The peanut butter shake had a nutty bar which made it really crunchy and overall tasted not like a peanut butter shake. Though the staff told us they can remove it but once done is done. So i wont recommend it. Staff and ambiance Staff was friendly and cooperative. Ambiance is also good but chairs to sit is a bit congested. But this is fine considering its a desert place. Overall we spent around 24£ and worth it !! Good experience and i recommand only for waffles.

Wrong order given three times, bad coffee and rude attitude from waiter! Didn’t know the difference between a latte and an americano. Cake was nice (they gave me the wrong order the first two times but then swiftly sorted it) and I have been here many times before without an issue. Ordered a latte and I was served an americano with milk. Or it just had wayyyy too much coffee in it as it was SO bitter. Was not drinkable. Mentioned it to the waiter who said “what do you want me to do about that”??? The wrong order has been given and that’s the response LOL. They went to sort it and got another americano instead of my actual order. I couldn’t drink either one even if I wanted as it was so bitter. Don’t serve coffee if you don’t know the difference between them!

We visited this dessert place with high expectations — after all, dessert spots are meant to be cheerful, welcoming spaces that make you leave with a smile. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that.

From the moment we arrived, the service felt unenthusiastic and lacking in the warmth you’d expect in a place that serves ice creams and sweet treats. When we politely asked for vegan or egg-free options, the staff’s response was dismissive. They immediately told us that all items contained eggs and there were no suitable options available — without even making an effort to check.

This was not only inaccurate but also frustrating, as when we referred to their own allergens menu, we saw several items clearly marked as egg-free. We pointed this out, yet the staff seemed unsure, unbothered, and reluctant to help us identify suitable choices. We had to go back multiple times just to get clarity because no one could give a confident or consistent answer.

When we asked why they didn’t serve vegan options (despite the menu showing otherwise), the explanation given was that there “isn’t enough margin” to justify offering them. In our opinion, that’s an unacceptable statement for a dessert business, especially one that should cater to a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions — something many modern dessert places do with pride.

Overall, the lack of product knowledge, inaccurate information, and absence of a friendly, helpful attitude left us disappointed. A dessert experience should be joyful, not frustrating. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously — improving staff training, product awareness, and customer service could make a...

If I could rate it zero stars i would. I got to the shop 35 minutes before closing and no one employee registered that I was there I had to sit myself down and get myself a menu I walked by the till to do this. I looked on the menu to see why I wanted to get with my partner I went to the till at about 11:28 and then I was then told by a very patronising worker that I was only allowed to take away and not sit in and eat because apparently, they had to clean and then close at midnight. I said to the worker that the store closes in half an hour and that we were going to eat quickly, and he then told me that I couldn't sitting I had to take away and that he would have told me that when I walked in even though no one addressed me or said anything to me. In any hospitality retail organisation, you get time after your shift that you are paid for to tidy when I was in there was one boy cleaning the stairs whilst three other people stood behind the counter. The person that took my order at the till got it wrong I told him my order three times and then he went on to tell me that I didn't tell him that order, and they nearly forgot banana slices before giving me the box. The workers in there are very dysfunctional, one went off to take a phone call whoever is running this franchise of creams needs to give it up or you need to fire all your employees it's a joke and the worst creams I've...
