I must admit that I have been put off by the negative reviews and despite being a local I have not visited this Branch before this month,I have been to Chiswick instead. But after my second visit to the Restaurant I can honestly say that Pho Ealing is just as nice as the Chiswick one. Last night I have been recommended the Curry, Jessica was very nice and friendly, she said she ate through the menu and the dish was her favourite so I decided to go for it: I like Tofu normally but because this is a wet curry I opted for THIS isn't Chicken and I swear I could have gone in the kitchen and sit in front of the pot with a ladle 😁 The sauce was creamy and delicious, with vegetables and the mock chicken and a side of Jasmine rice. I like the fresh juices and one of my new favourite is the Apple, Lime and Mint with Ginger : so refreshing and the Ginger gave it a pleasant kick, perfectly balanced with the lime citrusy flavour. The Staff was welcoming and attentive but we were left alone to enjoy the food, which we did, very much and to be honest, we could see them all carrying out cleaning procedures and dealing with the several takeaway orders. I don't order takeaways, the only point in Restaurant food for me is to go to the Restaurant and I have a theory that the Drivers do what they can (some don't) but during the journey the food will get soggy and the paper bags (a great choice environmental wise) will be handled by at least two people before reaching their destination so something might well go wrong. As far as the Staff being rude and distracted I have been dealt by five people in my two visits and everyone was polite, knowledgeable and efficient, I am so glad I ignored the reviews and decided to try the place for myself. If I really don't know what shortfalls I can pick on because...

Ordered via Deliveroo.

I am always skeptical about trying food when i know the owners aren't from the country that they're serving food of, but I am glad I took the gamble with Pho after a Vietnamese friend told me they were "Good enough" and to be honest, that's to be expected when this restaurant has been around longer than the Vietnamese food craze that many business people have jumped on in the last few years.

The food is packaged well for delivery, the whole thing comes deconstructed, soup, meat, veg, chillis etc all separate. These little things are so important, else the veg is absolutely nuked and ruined by the time it arrives and the noodles would be overdone.

I didn't like the brisket. And despite me ordering steak pho with extra brisket, I got way more brisket than steak (like maybe one or two TINY bits of steak) which hurt even more because the brisket was tough, chewy and not very good - almost like it's been precooked and is not made to order. Also it's sold as garlic steak but there is very little taste of garlic, at all, and that's probably because you didn't give me much garlic steak. The broth was absolutely phenomenal, the spring rolls were amazing.

Also a great amount of food for the price, this is probably good for 2 meals...

It was my first time to try this restaurant in Ealing, and I came for the sake of my son as he wanted to try a new kind of food. TBH we didn’t like the food, we ordered ckicken curry noodle soup and Prawn nooldes soup. I don’t feel i need to complain about the food experience as is is personal tastes. But I compain about the service! The lady who served us was very rude, and my son felt so sad as she was nice with other people on another table as they were WHITE people! I felt offended when she cam and asked about were she should put the prawn bowl and I heard the Prawn as bone as this was the way how she said it BONE! So I said sorry what bone, ans she said you order it and am asking to know where to put but she spoke in a rude and not nice way. Then after saying bone 3 time I understood that she means prawn! The way she looked at us and replied us was so bad. My son became upset and he told me look mom how she behaves nicely with the other table. She sis like us neither welcomed us. So, I wouldn’t recomment this branch if you are not white or muslim wearing Hijab!! It was heartbreaking...

I recently visited Pho in Ealing and had a delightful dining experience. Our server, Duc, was exceptional - not only was he brilliant, but he was also very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. To start, we tried the morning glory dish, which was bursting with flavors. The garlic added a delicious touch to the dish. For our mains, we opted for the hot and spicy chicken and hot and spicy mushrooms Vietnamese noodle soup. Both dishes were a true delight! The flavours were bold and authentic, and the spices added a nice kick to the dish. To finish off we ordered a Vietnamese coffee which was delicious too. Overall, our experience at Pho was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch thanks to Duc, and the ambiance was welcoming. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Ealing.

It is a good meal and very authentic, the only thing surprised me is that this restaurant is not getting review >4.5 (I double check here after eating) The beef brisket rice noodles is authentic and correct, though the chef assistant may be a bit lazy, the herbs were provided in whole, not a small cut version 😅, bit it doesn't affect the great taste. The spicy sour garlic sauce is available on the table, only this should get an extra extra star, it adds favour to the dish (even normally it doesn't require to add for my dish). The mint tea is good, refreshing after the meal. P.s.: the staff/ manager came to take order explaining things patiently in details, so nice and I am sure I will go again.

As a frequent visitor to Pho Ealing, I consistently enjoy their authentic Vietnamese cuisine. My go-to order is the regular Chicken Phở, to which I often add prawns for an extra touch. The combination of tender chicken, fresh herbs, and delicate rice noodles in a rich, aromatic broth creates a hearty and satisfying meal. This dish never fails to comfort and delight, making it a staple in my dining routine. On a recent visit, my friend opted for the House Special Phở, which features a combination of beef, chicken, and prawns, and was thoroughly impressed by its depth of flavor and generous portions. For those seeking a reliable and flavorful bowl of phở, Pho Ealing is a must-visit.
