Social distancing observed, hand sanitizer available. Even the menu is electronic and if your not use to technology menu can be seen on the wall.

Staff at the restaurant gave excellent service and the decor and atmosphere is also good too.

The menu, simple and focused more on the burgers, theirs only one chicken burger, 4 beef burgers and 3 vegan and vegetarian burgers. All come with chips.

I've been to Honest Burger before in various locations, so you expect good quality, fresh and flavourful burgers all the time. Burgers are amazing.

Obviously you got to cater for all, so I went and tryed there only chicken burger. Was great flavourful, freshness was on points. The only that let it down I think it should have be a thicker breast, chicken was cooked to perfection. Rosemary Chips, was on point, I would call it Honest Burger unique UPC. Has crunch, not oily, flavourful and good complement with the Burgers. Definitely worth trying.

Shame no desert menu, maybe they are slimming down their menu. As have so many Rosemary chips you need something the palate the menu.

We went for dinner today and was really disappointed at the service & food. My husband ordered Spring burger & I ordered the honest burger. They messed up our order, and gave me the spring burger, and my husband the honest burger. As we were sitting outside, the waitress didn’t check on us and by the time i realised that there was a mix up my husband had already finished his burger and I really didn’t like the spring burger ( it was cooked to medium and I do not like pesto). So I gave him my burger. If I had to rate it it would be 2/10, he says both burgers are 6/10.

When we asked for the bill I mentioned the mix up, the waitress said: oh there is nothing we can do now; next time just tell us & we will make fresh one for you. So, no recognition of fault; and amends; and puts the blame on customer not going into the restaurant to mention the error they have made? They shouldn’t have made the mistake in the first place, and should have checked on us more often to see if everything is ok, and even at the bill stage there were things they could have done to make the situation better. But no, nothing.

So I finish the evening with half empty stomach and very dissatisfied feel.

First time visit for me to this Ealing burger joint. My partner and I both ordered the smash burger straight up, with sides of ranch coleslaw and halloumi fries. When the food arrived I noticed the halloumi fries were missing and pointed it out. Our server, Deniz, apologised that the order must have been accepted in error and they were out of halloumi fries but immediately offered an alternative side on the house by way of an apology. Since we couldn't make our minds up he sent us a mix of chicken tenders and onion rings. Fantastic and professional way to deal with a problem, hence I'm on here applauding what a great time we had rather than complaining. Well done Deniz. Our burgers were delicious and came with a massive portion of tasty chips. The ranch coleslaw was fresh and creamy and tasty. We also ordered a jug of mint lemonade between 2 and it was plenty for us throughout the meal. I would have made it 10% sweeter but I have a sweet tooth and it was probably just right for most people. Altogether I can't fault the service, food quality or atmosphere at this place.
