Wouldn’t go back. The chap who took our order at the till was pretty impatient and decided to stop taking my order mid-way to make a waffle or pancake. I guess my half second pause on what to order was too long… so I then had to wait until he was done so I could complete my order and pay. It felt pretty rude.

The Waitress came to the table twice, as our two desserts came at different times (not ideal - ice cream melts). First time she didn’t say a word, just put the dessert on the table and walked off.

The second time, the waitress wandered round with our dessert and didn’t seem to believe my Wife when she suggested that this dessert was hers.. even though she’d asked every table in there already.

There were also multiple tables that were left dirty with plates and crumbs. There didn’t seem to be much urgency in keeping the seating area clean. What’s it like in the kitchen?

I ordered hot cookie dough, and I didn’t really get it frankly. The cookie dough was half baked and incredibly sweet. It needed half as much dough and something to balance the sweetness. More ice cream than the two scoops would probably do it.

Meanwhile my wife ordered the waffle. It was actually good but again, the waffle was huge and the ice cream scoops were miserably small. She ordered an extra scoop (£2.50!!!) which actually came as a half scoop. A joke when you’re paying for half a Ben & Jerry’s for a scoop and what you get is half of that. And again the ratios were all off, and way too sweet.

Given the name, Creams, we assumed the main thing was ice cream but seems like it’s just dessert. And ice cream is a side show or a pricey addition.

We thought it is important to provide feedback because it’s newly opened and hopefully the owners will read this and sort some of the basic problems we experienced. And hopefully it’ll be a better experience for others...

Tiramisu was ok, service was lackadaisical if I’m being generous. When I walked in there was one table already seated and served with 3 staff working. I ordered and paid and was seated for 15minutes before the cashier came to tell me the ice cream I ordered was not in stock. They didn’t have my alternative option either. At this point I asked for a refund. Why did it take 15minutes after I had had paid and seated for you to tell me you didn’t have one of your best sellers available. To top it all off the tiramisu took another 10minutes to arrive. I can’t understand why since it was prepackaged so literally no prep was required. When I was asked to go to the till to get a refund (honestly, why don’t you have portable terminals?!) the colleague asked me what I had ordered. Excuse me??! And to top it all off I asked how long my refund would take to be processed he said it would be complete on the same day, he replied same day. I swiftly corrected him and told him that could not be the case and directed him to ask his manager to clarify. His manager confirmed a reasonable time. Hooray, you got something right. I asked the manager why Noone could tell me they didn’t have my ice cream available as there were no customers waiting. He confidently said, they should have asked me first and that was it. No apology. Don’t come here, The spoons are filthy, the service is laughable and it seems like incompetence truly reigns in this establishment. On the bright side, the tea wasn’t the worst, which is more than I was expecting by the time it came....

Ruksar at Creams Cafe isn’t just your regular dessert server — she’s a whole vibe. She doesn’t just scoop ice cream, she delivers it with the energy of someone auditioning for ‘The Most Iconic Employee of the Year’ award. The minute you step in, she’s there, somehow managing to take orders, drizzle chocolate sauce with artistic precision, and give off this vibe like she’s the backbone of the entire franchise. And honestly? She probably is.

You want a waffle? Boom, perfection, golden and fluffy with toppings that look like they belong in a magazine. Milkshakes? Crafted with the energy of a mad scientist obsessed with making your day better. But it’s not just the desserts — it’s the full Ruksar experience. She’s got this ‘main character in a dessert-based drama’ energy, complete with witty banter and a stare that says, ‘Yes, I did just make your sundae better than your life choices.’

Here’s the real plot twist though: I’m just here to state the obvious — this girl needs a pay rise. Creams Cafe, if you’re listening, Ruksar is singlehandedly elevating your brand to Michelin-star levels. You don’t just go to Creams Cafe for desserts anymore. You go for Ruksar, who’s clearly running the show even if her job title doesn’t officially say it yet. Pay rise pending, thanks

When you come in and Ruksar isn't there. You're 100% missing out on the whole...

I had visited this shop several times prior to the change in management and had always enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, my return visit tonight left much to be desired. My husband and I ordered two crepes, but they were tough and rubbery, making them difficult to cut with even a knife and fork. Additionally, I noticed that the staff member preparing the food had long hair that wasn't tied back and long artificial nails, and was handling the crepes with their bare hands. Given the £20 price for two crepes, the overall quality and hygiene were disappointing. Regrettably, I won’t be returning after this experience.

This place was disgusting. It wasn't very busy so I'm not sure what the reason was, but we got the worst coffee we've ever had (see pictures - this was supposed to be a single espresso) - served very messily and tasted like dirt. There were dirty plates everywhere at empty tables which weren't taken away the whole time we were there, and who knows how long they'd been sitting there before too. We were going to get food - but after seeing and smelling everything I felt unwell - would absolutely not eat here. Toilets were also pretty grim.

Nice "sweet" place in royal wharf area serving all forms of sweets They have elaborate options on "create your own" kind of thing where you can choose from waffle, crepe and sundaes as the main base and huge list of toppings. The waffle was really soft with fresh fruits and the cream was good too. Everything was great except they need to work a bit on the savoury side. Service was quick and portion size okay.
