T4 Royal Wharf — Restaurant in London

Terrible experience at T4 Royal Wharf. I’ve been ordering milk tea here for the last four years, but whenever this particular woman is serving, it seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Today was the last straw. They’ve recently added a machine, but usually, they take orders at the counter. This time, I was forced to use it, as she refused to serve me in front. When I asked for help, she rolled her eyes multiple times. Her colleague, a man with glasses, was also dismissive and aggressive. She said her name is Toby, but I’m sure she lied because I said I would leave a bad review. I took a picture to show who it is, so if you’re going there, best to avoid her. Lovely staff but very poorly trained. At first I asked for a drink and they said the drink is only available on the weekends, it's a Saturday so they corrected themselves. I asked for an extra to be added to the drink and they told me it can only be added after 15.30 pm, when it was sitting right there in front of us. After I had already paid for my drink I was told the drink isn't ready and could only be served after 15.30 pm and that I should come back later. Coming from someone who also works in this line of business, this system doesn't make any sense at all.
