Dangerous and disgusting food! The quality of the food they serve is the poorest quality. This order was via Deliveroo and first of all you can see how burnt the food is. The sheer ordacity to give paying customers burn food is beyond a disgrace. I had a similar experience before where I ordered the crispy chilli beef. They had clearly run of this and they tried to mix it with some other sweet and sour dish like I wouldn’t notice. Rather than refund me and say they haven’t got the dish they would rather try and rip me Off with some poor concoction. Anyway back to this current order with the burnt food. my husband tried it to see if it waa eatable but as he swallowed something sharp Cut the back on his throat. as you can imagine this is worrying for a number of reasons and I will be reporting this to the food standards agency. I came here for a family meal today and I was absolutely disgusted with the food and service that we received. Firstly they didn’t help us arrange the tables to fit the large seating. They then handed us a pen and paper to write our own orders. The food was cheap, nasty and overpriced for what it is. The spring rolls were definitely frozen and not fresh. The noodles were bland, dry and tasted of dishwasher soap. When I asked for another cup as I wanted a fresh cup o was told they charge by the cup. The decor and atmosphere is old and run down, I have no idea how this place is even open. Not to mention if you would like to take away the food you bought (not that you would want to) they charge you 20p for a takeaway box and 10p for a sheet of tissue. This place is so bad it’s laughable. Would never ever waste my money when there are lovely local Asian restaurants such as Oitas or Four seasons further...

MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!! MAGGOT IN FOOD!!!!!! I used to eat at this Chinese often in the early 2000s over the years the customer service as well as the food has gone down down hill majorly so i stop going. Today i ordered food for take away after a long time. After coming home eating a few bites I FOUND A HUGE MAGGOT IN MY FOOD. Which seems to be a bot fly maggot. I called to express my concerns and all they did was offer to make me more food like anyone would accept that after such trauma. I asked for my money back and the person said there was no one to deal with that in after just being in there 20 mins prior. i proceed to to expressed my disappointment and the man put down the phone.

You always here of these stories and never think it would happen to you. I feel sick to my stomach. I will be reporting them to the local authority.
