Food is undeniably great although I’m not sure who hires the staff. Before the two ladies that worked there were always friendly and nice. I’m not sure if the manager underpays his/her staff right now, but they seem overworked, as a result a few recent times I have found rude. I went in the morning ordered some food- as there was no seating at the time I said il take it away, seating became available I asked if I can sit down. The food was not yet made or boxed which I why I asked. The lady said fine but as I sat, she looked at me, sighed and said something in her language with her colleagues and started shaking her head. As I was leaving I went up to pay the bill as I could see the waitresses were busy. The lady with dark hair again looked at up at me and said yes? - I said in a friendly tone just here to pay the bill- she than shrugged her shoulders and said yes but what did you order? And put her hands up? - iv been a long standing customer here but il be paying Mojo’s and all the other fantastic brunch places my money because unfortunately dada cafes staff have been rude one...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Dada coffee shop during a busy morning rush. Although it was bustling with customers, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively without feeling overcrowded. People were getting a lot of takeaways or having a little sit down for a short while. I think most of them were local school parents, who came by for a quick cuppa after drop-off. The coffee was excellent, strong, rich and flavorful. ☕The lovely flowers on each table added a nice touch to the decor, and the service was impressively fast despite the crowd.🌺 While the staff is busy and does not have time to chat around with customers, the overall positive and easy-going vibe of the place and VERY fast service made up for it. I think attitude suited the busy London suburban atmosphere somehow 😏
All in all, I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a tasty and energizing brew in a lively atmosphere. I will...
Read moreI am writing this review to express my absolute dismay and distress following my recent visit to Dada Coffee House. From the moment I entered, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the staff's blatant racial profiling. As a person of color, I was singled out and treated differently from the other customers.
The most upsetting part of my experience was being demanded to make payment before my order was even prepared, despite the fact that numerous Caucasian customers were allowed to receive their drinks first and pay afterward. This discriminatory treatment made me feel humiliated and traumatised, as if I was being judged solely based on my race.
This kind of racial profiling is unacceptable and has deeply affected my trust in this establishment. I will definitely not be returning to Dada Coffee House and urge others to think twice before visiting. Such blatant discrimination has no place in...
