Domino's Pizza - London - Belmont — Restaurant in London

I experienced one of the worst ever customer service at Belmont circle's Dominos. I ordered two large pizzas for delivery, to which I had to literally shout on top of my voice, as the person on other hand could not hear/understand my phone number or address. So repeated everything including the order and asked him for toppings for the second pizza. I did mention to remove tomatoes and instead have olives, also requested him to deliver asap. Pizzas arrived before estimated time,great!! Delivery guy was paid and he left. When I opened the box, in the second pizza the toppings were not as I ordered. I called the belmont branch and the same guy answered my call. I explained what was wrong. He completely ruled out his mistake and BLAMED me that I did not mention any change of topping and I was LYING and he was DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! How remarkable service!!!! I was insulted and blamed with no fault of mine, I demanded to check the order recording- if any. He checked and gave me a history of my previous orders?! only when I went mad and demanded to talk to the manager and take it further, he felt sorry and offered next order free?? The impression was throw free food and get away with insulting behaviour?!!!! They need to be educated about customer services and value in the service industry. The quantity of the pizzas were absolutely horrible. I rang the store after placing the order and requested to spread the toppings evenly, to put appropriate amount of the cheese. But she didn't do the job. She did acknowledge my request. However, we were treated like we didn't pay for the order. The toppings were missing(over 50% missing) on both of the pizzas. There was only pizza sauce and half a kilo salt(or may be we felt sauce and salt only as toppings were missing). The pizzas were worse than the high street ones. I do not expect this low quality from the Best pizza makers. If you look at my account, you can see that I did order same pizzas for my work from Ealing Common branch and it was brilliant, same as you see on the website. I recently ordered a Veggie Hot pizza from Domino’s through their website, assuming—like any reasonable person would—that it was vegetarian. When my order arrived, I was shocked to find that the pizza contained beef. Confused and upset, I immediately called Domino’s, expecting them to correct the mistake. Instead, I was told that their Veggie Hot pizza actually includes beef and that there was nothing they could do about it.

This was my first time ordering from Domino’s, as I usually order the same Veggie Hot pizza from Pizza Hut, where it is 100% vegetarian with no meat. I have never had an issue with them. I don’t eat beef, and I was extremely disappointed not only by the misleading menu but also by the way the situation was handled.

If you’re vegetarian or avoid beef for any reason, be very careful ordering from Domino’s, as their naming can be misleading, and their customer service does not seem to care. I won’t be ordering...
