Domino Pizza staffs was disrespectful.
I order a Pizza and some sides from Domino Pizza Ealing common on 16/10/2022. After about 20 minutes waits for the delivery; a member of staff telephoned to state that they were short staff and that the Pizza may take up to 2 hours for delivery. They requested that I either personally pick up the Pizza or they can refund my money which would take 3-5 working days.
I then ask the staff member what incentive would be given for me picking up the Pizza given that I had already paid for a delivery service. This person was so rude in their response and in the end i had to ask for a manager. The manager then came on the phone and it was clear that she was brief by her staff. She too was extremely rude and didn't consider the situation a fault of there's or one that they feel they need to address. even after they admit that it was due to being short staff.

I tried calling the shop multiple times and only at the thrird call they picked up, then the staff member proceeded to tell me that they did not have any order from me or my number, even if I told her on several occasions that I was a regular customer and that I had the receipt of the payment. 👎 Zero Customer Service Experience
Absolutely no sense of customer service here. Walked in and wasn’t even greeted. Just a grumpy face from the tall man—Mr. Marcel, I believe—wearing a hat. No “hello,” no “welcome,” nothing. Instead, I was met with, “What did you order?” and was told I ordered in the wrong place. Not helpful, not friendly, and honestly, very unprofessional.
