Never order from the harrow branch!!!
Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. The branch manager, Bhruti, was so rude, hung up on me just because she didn't want to deal with my order. She didn't want to answer any of my queries even though my I had ordered over 45 minutes before deciding to call, she said she hadn't even received my order yet I had an email confirmation & money had come out of my account. She didn't want to help whatsoever and instead repeatedly said the app will react itself and I'll get an automatic refund in 4-5 working days?! I called customer service and they helped big time - told me the shop was having system errors but even despite that they called the shop to give them my order before I even called the shop myself, so Bhruti lied instead and didn't want to make my order evidently. Customer service called them and they've been having issues with the employees at the branch too. After customer service called them a few times they finally made my order after 2 hours and even then the branch called to say my order was outside my door but it didn't show up for another 30minutes.
Ps. all this stress for a meal for one.
Conclusion of this, domino's as a brand is great but whoever own's the franchise of Harrow clearly have no clue how to hire people with...

Upon entering, I was struck by the cleanliness and organisation of the premises, even at that late hour. The staff member at the till was welcoming, polite, and highly efficient. What truly stood out was the remarkable teamwork and professionalism displayed by every single staff member. The kitchen was operating with incredible coordination, and it was clear that everyone was dedicated to their role. The atmosphere was one of focused, positive energy, which is a genuine credit to your team and management. My order was prepared promptly, accurately, and was handed to me with a courteous smile. Read moreI pre ordered 2 pizzas online at last night for delivery at 10:45PM. The driver was not here on time and I had to leave home. I phoned the Harrow store to ask them where my order was the responce I recieved was from AVI, who at first refused to give me her name and I was given it by a collegue, was very very rude she told me 'if you want the pizza take it' and hung the phone up. I called again.. I asked for the managers name to make a complaint and ask for a full refund she refused to give me the managers name and gave the wrong time the manager would be in the store on 18/10/2020 and hung up without letting me respond. I called again a thrid time to ask where the driver was. I then heard her in the background speaking in Gujrati to her collegue saying 'we dont care just hang the phone up on him'.
