Domino's Pizza - London - Islington Green — Restaurant in London

I don't normally post reviews on this. I just ordered a pizza from here. Apparently, I did not put in my Address in my order, but my order was processed.

I gave my Address on the phone, I repeated the post code and address twice. The Chef, called me telling me that my pizza is outside, I see no delivery driver. Apparently when I called the Chef over the phone I did not give them the right address, when I clearly repeated the address twice. So its the customers fault?

I asked again, if I don't get my food, you will get a bad review, the chef repeated to me, you will get a refund.

Now, if I don't receive my refund within 5 working days, I will post an updated review with my bank statement, as proof that I did not receive my refund. The choice is yours, very...

I always order on the app and out of dozens of orders, I can only recall having a few small problems such as the wedges being undercooked on occasion, or when they've been a bit too stingy with the toppings.

For the staff: When the wedges are undercooked it's quite gross though so please do check that your wedges are going out nice and soft, so people are not biting into raw potato. But, for prospective customers, don't worry! Most of the time they're really good.

So once again this place has messed up ordered for 8:30 half my order turns up I have rang them 3 times to be told it's being sent out with the next available driver it's now 10pm I ring again to tell them I don't want the rest of my order and I want a refund for the item that didn't turn up. I was then told they cant give me a refund because it's to complicated to refund right now but they are quick enough to take the money from me... disgusted with the service here this is the 4th time my order has been...
