Domino's Pizza - London - Parsons Green — Restaurant in London

Received over cooked/burned pizzas and I was refused to get my money back, the assistant manager in shift was refusing to give her name for uknown reason to me and she was claiming that the pizzas were not burned even though I had photos of them (attached) they only offered another driver to come and collect the pizzas so they can verify that what I am saying is true even though I repeated 10 times that I will send them the photos and I don’t want to wait for the driver to come anymore as we were very disappointed we had decided to had food somewhere else which is quite normal considering the circumstances. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Why why whyyyyyy

Do not order from this dominoes ! Terrible pizza and staff are extremely rude ! The manager is disgustingly rude just because I wanted a full refund! BEWARE ! Pathetic, childish staff ! Very unprofessional and do not trust them to make your pizza. Worst Domino’s in London ! Possibly even in Great Britain Terrible I’ll be sticking to Pizza Hut and tops pizza This brunch has terrible reviews...

Blonde girl working in there has zero customer service. And also not following government guidelines, two times I've gone to store recently and she's not wearing a mask (unless you count wearing it around her chin) and another time she was eating crisps with her coat on where food was being cooked and spoke very abruptly when I asked a question. Sort your staff...
