I wouldn't normally leave a review for this type of mega business but just one for the management / owner, I called up yesterday after being a little confused by the deals that were showed online spoke to a really patient sales assistant maybe "Alex" I was walked me through what deals that were available that day, I guess you get these calls a few times a day. Super friendly and professional with a perfect phone diction, I came to pick up 15 mins later and was met by a really well presented female friendly smiley sales assistant with a background team in full pie production and I was on my way seconds later with a fantastic product. Rude and absolutely racist manager, worst experience of my life. All because I brought back an under cooked pizza. They called police as they refused to give their name as I was going to complain. Stay far away from this disgusting shop. They even had the cheek to give me back the pizza from the bin, all I wanted to do was take a photo so I could send it to head office. They refused to change it so had to buy another pizza. Dominos pizza penge not impressed Ordered Pizza with full loaded crust paid extra... pizza came flat with flat edge. They apologised however sent Pizza back and they said they would do a new one, with specified loaded crust. They sent the second one worst than the first. It was really flat with crispy edges they insisted as I complained they did it again adding more cheese as was the specification. It was completely inedible so asked for money back.
