Domino's Pizza - London - Tooting — Restaurant in London

I had a really bad experience. I had ordered TWO pizzas and a side and I went to go and pick it up. They said it would be 10 minutes so I said fine. After 15 minutes they said ONE of your pizzas is ready but we can't find the other one. We thought ok so we waited for a bit.Then they said your pizza has been delivered to someone else what would you like me to do. I said can you give us TWO fresh pizzas because by now the other one would have got soggy. The lady said she will ask her manager what to do and then came back after a long time because I could see the manager was busy stuffing his face. So he decided to eat first before dealing with an irrate customer. By this time I decided I had had enough and asked too cancel my order and asked for my refund , and again not straight forward and I had to wait for some more time before a lady who looked like she had punched someone in the kitchen came and no one apologised or asked how they can do something to help and I paid by card and she came me a cash refund and when I asked why, she said I am giving you cash and she said "take it or leave it" , very insulting and unprofessional. Decided to take advantage of the 50% off for collection and ordered to pick up at the Tooting branch. My husband went to collect but wasn’t given the drinks. He didn’t know any better as I was the one who ordered. After he returned home, I called the branch to question about the drinks. The gentleman on the phone tried to give multiple excuses as to why he couldn’t deliver it as it was his mistake, especially as we live so close to the branch. He finally agreed and said he would give something for free but when the delivery driver came, lo and behold, we were only given our drinks. Have been ordering from this Domino's since it opened. Initially customer service was excellent and pizza's received were of a good standard. Recently the quality of pizza has been extremely poor, and I only get the margarita! I already stopped ordering here for myself as it's a waste of money. I try not to write negative reviews but today my brother ordered online. 1.5hours later I had to call and was informed they had mixed up my address, staff said I'd have to wait for delivery and refuse in order to get a fresh pizza.
