Ordered 2 Large Pizza's. Both Pizza's seemed undercooked and one of which was missing a few toppings. Rang immediately. After being put on hold, was told that fresh pizzas would be sent immediately. After a good 40 minutes, a knock on the door... Fresh pizza at last! Not! Driver politely asked for the original pizzas back but this was not mentioned at all on the phone. I explained that I wasn't aware and that since the pizzas had since got cold as well as undercooked - they were binned after the call. The driver then passed me the phone, for the "manager" to then ever so slowly, rudely and condescendingly tell me that he did tell me to keep the pizzas (he didn't). I told him that he didn't and that I would need to fetch them out of the bin. I am adamant that this was not mentioned as my family was in front of me during the call and I repeated what was said back to the manager. After this, he doubled down and said that it was standard policy and that there is a recording. Feeling beyond irritated, I got the pizza back with the friendly delivery man. I called again. The "manager" answered. I asked to speak to the manager. Explained the situation to her. She said that there isn't a recording. Surprise surprise, "Mr Manager" is a liar. She promised that she would speak to her colleague and hoped that this would be the first and last bad experience. All in all, my worst experience with a Domino's franchise. Glad that they got the pizzas right the second time but shame about the rudeness of the staff. Usually do enjoy a Domino's every month or so, hopefully will...

I immediately called the store at 9pm about this and they said the two remaining items would be dispatched and delivered in 15 mins. It wasn't. I called again after 20 mins and was told it was on the way. It wasn't. I called again an hour later at 10:20pm and was told it was still in transit only to be called back 3 mins later and be told by the branch manager, Bogdan, that there was no intention of delivering my missing items.
He said he packed it himself and both he and delivery driver checked the contents before sending it off but clearly they didn't check it properly. I would not call chasing a missing item at 10:30pm on a £75 order for no reason. I find it hard to believe the delivery driver was in transit for over an hour and then asked to turn back by the manager as I live 20 mins away.
I believe the store had no intention to deliver our missing items and the manager Bogdan provided a poor customer service as he refused to even supply a partial refund considering it's c. £10 worth of missing items in a £75 order. Very, very poor customer service and this business will lose customers as a result.

Read moreI have moved recently from Chelsea to Ealing and as I always liked to order from Domino's, naturally I tried the closest one to me which is the West Ealing store. Today was my second order from this branch and while nothing was wrong with the food itself, it's still two disappointing experiences that make me not want to order from them again. The first time the delivery man ( dark skinned gentleman) had no change and I was "forced" to give £4 tip as the driver had no change and was not helpful (or even tried nor offered) to find a solution. I was tired and hungry and just gave up and let him leave with double the tip that I planned on giving. This time I thought I will avoid this and pay online. The delivery was perfect but I ordered a promotion where the Pizza comes with a new Habanero Stuffed Crust which I was so very much looking forward to, just to find out that I have not received any stuffed crust at all!!! :( I am very disappointed and even as a big Domino's lover I will not try a 3rd time with...
