We ordered food and it took over an hour to get delivered, by the time food arrived it was spilt in the bag and containers were just half full only. The paneer we ordered for the kids as mild, it was all burnt out. We were looking forward for a nice meal during the holiday at home, it was total disaster. It put me off badly. I spoke to the staff member, who asked me, what should we do now if I want to reorder or leave it for the next time. I will never like to order food from this restaurant ever again. We used to order food from here regularly: always really good quality. However, we ordered recently and over the course of the evening, the order time was pushed back and back well over an hour. I called them to ask what was happening and rather than explain or offer any kind of apology, the gentleman hung up the phone. Incredibly rude. Additionally, they always try and tell you the card machine is faulty so you pay by cash, even though it never is if you say you don’t have any cash. This is absolutely my favourite local curry house, and there are loads within a few miles. Very consistent, tasty food, friendly staff. We've been going there for decades, since it was West Ealing Tandoori. Never had a disappointing meal. I can't say the same about some of the better-known Indian restaurants around Ealing.
