Avoid. DO NOT BUY. Criminally bad. The worst food service and experience possible. The local Dominoes is always consistent or try an independent local - DO NOT buy from here.
I ordered at 6:30 on a Saturday and arrived an hour later. I could see on their tracker that it had been baked 40 mins before arrival. The boxes arrived cold and soaked through with grease. When we opened them the toppings were laughably sparse.
I called to request a refund and spoke with 3 team members (the first two kept on repeating my order was on its way which was odd because I had told them the reason for my complaint). Finally the manager got on the phone and said he could not offer a refund. Is that fraudulent/ illegal or just really bad service?
The only thing he would do was repeat the order.
After an hour waiting for the replacement order I called again. There was laughter in the background when the person on the phone went to check……..
20mins/ half an hour later I got a call from a delivery driver who told me he was outside. He wasn’t; he’d gone to the wrong address.
When he arrived the seals on the box were open. He told me that this was because they’d gotten wet 😂. I refused the ‘food’, asked him to take it back and that I wanted a refund. He told me to contact the store and left.
I called multiple (10+) times and never got through again. I get the feeling they were avoiding me. Maybe they don’t answer the phone on a Saturday……….
I still haven’t had a resolution. I contacted Papa Johns on twitter who told me to fill in an online form.

Just a short while ago this evening, I ordered for a delivery from your London Ealing store (Order# 74887128) and when the order was delivered it was missing an item. I asked the driver why it was missing and he said he doesn’t know and he has brought along all that the London Ealing store gave him to deliver. He even showed me inside his delivery scooter.
Then he left and I called the store who said that if there is a missing it’s not their fault but the drivers fault. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and when i asked her whose fault was it then she hung up the phone.
I tried calling back a couple more times and the store didn’t pick up, clearly an intention to avoid.
I have ordered from PapaJohns for many years but am appalled at this service and this will really make me think if I were to ever order again. It’s not just about the money it’s about the quality of customer service and rude behavior as well. PapaJohns needs to take action agains the employees of this London Ealing store.
I hope my complaint will not be ignored and adequate compensation as well as action against be store or its employee will be...
Read moreI have ordered pizza from Pappa Johns in Acton and of all things they run out of pepperoni. I have only found it out at 12:30 when I called Acton asking where is the pizza. They advised me they only have 1 driver who has gone to get pepperoni, so I called the West Ealing branch in the hope that they will deliver the pizza faster. I work for a big company and arrange lunches as part of my job. They guy has just been very unhelpful saying he is sorry but they don't deliver to the area. I was trying to explain that this was an exception is because we were let down by an other branch of the same brand Papa Johns. I wanted to pay for the order and cancel out the Acton one. The guy was unhelpful. Don't put the brand name on it if you can not provide a consistency in service, and if the forefront of your business is not to serve the customer.
