My advice to anyone would be to order via a 3rd party delivery service and to avoid talking to Domino's directly at all costs. Here's why:
I was provided with diabolical customer service. After Domino's cancelled my order 10 days ago they had yet to refund me (still haven't) and when I called back chasing the refund I was sworn at and mocked. The acting manager 'Harmit' was sarcastic and refused to help and after calling me names (and using the F-word) he told me it was my fault that I didn't receive my refund and then hung up on me. He kept hanging up on me and since thats the only way to get your money back I thought I had been scammed. At this point it is akin to being scammed since I haven't got my money back and anytime I do call I'm met with verbal abuse. After this experience, I truly never want to speak to that man again after what the disgusting things said to me, and after he mocked me for the inconvenience that I have experienced.

He spits in people's food. one time, some elderly lady got a bit confused and was a over the top, but I don't think she meant any harm. Mo overheard the call and said to her, "not to worry", he preceded to spit all over her pizza and I do not wish to say which orfice her wedges came out of. The lady was clearly just a bit old/confused with how to use the app on her phone, we were trying to help her do so over the phone. Mo said she's a time waster and continued to spit all over the order. It was so vile. it seemed a bit of an extreme punishment... she's a customer. This happened loads of times. One time as an initiation ceremony of new staff, he asked that they use dough bases as toilet roll and then serve them to customers! It was absolutely disgusting and vile, when I left this place my life has never been better...
