Dubai Lounge — Restaurant in London

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Dubai Lounge in Woolwich, and unfortunately, I didn't even get the chance to enjoy any of their services. I arrived around 4 PM, unaware that the lounge wasn't open yet, and I was hoping to relax and enjoy some shisha with my sister.

Upon entering, I noticed there were no staff members around, which led me to believe I had arrived too early and that there were no customers yet. I attempted to call several times to check if anyone was present, but received no response. Eventually, a lady shouted from inside, and when I inquired if the place was open, she informed me that it wasn't—she was just there to use the restroom.

I accepted that information and proceeded to leave. As I was walking out, I noticed a bowl of sweets at the reception. Without thinking much of it, I took one, assuming it was a gesture for guests. To my shock, I then heard the same lady shout, "Whatever you took, drop it!" I was stunned and responded with, "Excuse me?" She repeated her accusation and rudely called me a thief for taking a single sweet.

I was taken aback, especially given that I had entered the premises in good faith, intending to become a customer. I tried to reason with her, pointing out that I had come to use their services, and if they weren't open, perhaps they should keep their doors closed.

Instead of addressing my concern, the lady proceeded to argue with me and hurl insults. If she is indeed employed there—whether as staff or potentially even the manager—then I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who decides to visit this establishment. There was absolutely no need for such rudeness over a piece of candy that was clearly meant for guests.

Based on this experience, I don't think I will ever return to Dubai Lounge Woolwich. Customer service is essential to any business, and this encounter has left a lasting negative impression. I went there for the first time, just to get more information about the place, I was received by one of their staff, name MJ she was very worm & welcoming, very polite, she gave me all the information I needed to know about this place. I wanted to seat & eat as I was very enticed by the environment, but the staff said their chief was off sick on the day. I look forward to going with my friends in the nearest future. It was a very tranquiling...

This place is sooooo good. Like there are no words to describe how I great I felt when I came to dine here. At first, I was only here for the food, but then the bar upstairs opened, and the drinks were just flowing. the staff were so nice and hardworking, like frrrss. I've never seen such hardworking girls before I just had to tip , and I also said the food was delicious. Oh my god, it was freaking good, and I can't wait to come back....
