There aren't any Sushi places in Harlesden, so I decided to walk down to Kensal Rise and try Eat Sushi. It's a nice little restaurant, and the service for takeaway was good. Due to Covid restrictions, they gave me a chair to sit outside, which was a nice addition. The service was fairly fast and friendly, they were very helpful with me finding something nice to eat. I’ve since been back multiple times and after trying other restaurants nearby it is by far the best. The sweet tofu was particularly nice, and I would love to have that again. I asked for no soy sauce, ginger or wasabi and they catered for my request. The packaging is high quality and it’s very clear that they care about their food.

Home run sushi shop, though the sushi doesn’t look all that aesthetically perfect, the taste was much better than I had expected. The sauce on the sushi was perfect, rather addictive futomaki + inside out rolls. The unagi rice was also better than expected- the rice was made fresh, quite decent. The mochi ice cream was a cute finish too.

Best sushi restaurant. I don’t live that close but will happily commute for the ambience, the incredible food, the hospitality. I cannot recommend this place more. Recently had my birthday and it was a really memorable night. Thank you!

I never write reviews, let alone one star reviews, but this experience was something special. I decided to eat in alone rather than getting delivery, because I'm staying up the road and didn't want to wait for the delivery driver. The waitress/host looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked for a table for one, and never said more than one or two words to me the whole time I was there, usually the word being "okay" in an irritated tone. It took her 10 minutes to take my order, and it's not like she was particularly busy since it was just me and one other couple who was there. I hoped that the terrible service would be made worth it by the food, but no such luck. The ramen I got was awful - the broth tasted like it was out of a can and there were barely any noodles, just limp soggy sprouts. I just quickly ate it without making a fuss so I could get out of there, but not without noticing that my lovely waitress was watching me eat. She acted the exact same way to the other couple and the group of 3 that came in shortly after me. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but it was completely unacceptable behaviour, and it was clear that everyone was uncomfortable. Bad food, worse service,...

I used to order from here all the time when I lived in London 5 years ago. The place was tiny and the food was good. I don't know if it's still on the menu, but they used to make this tempura tuna rolls with sweet chili sauce that are the best makis/uramakis (not sure which one it was) I've ever tried. If I ever go back to London I will def go all the way to Kensal Green just...
