Absolutely the most horrible experience I've had since Covid lockdown, and I visit about 150 restaurants per year - I don't understand how a restaurant can do literally EVERYTHING WRONG that they can do??? It took about 50 min before we finally got our first drink - the table water. Then the wines came, the red was about 21 degrees (way too hot) and the white was about 18 degrees (way too hot). And they are not cheap!!! Then the butter came, but no bread until we asked after 15 min if they were intending so serve that as well. The starters were relatively OK, I had the octopus and scallop salad, the octopus was not great, the scallop was very tasty - for so far probably anything positive that there can be said. The main courses came, and it was stone-cold - we complained, but nothing was done, nor even apologies from the kitchen (the waitress said she had told the kitchen who told her that it's impossible that it is cold, as it should be hot - well, I can tell you, ABSOLUTELY STONE COLD). The food (lemon sole) was disgusting of the limited taste that was in there. The servers were trying but there wasn't anything that they could do that made anything good. I can only advise you, AVOID THIS PLACE for whatever you can, it's massively overpriced, it's terrible service, it's horrible and cold food, it's overpriced wines at completely the wrong temperature, and overall - I had one of my most horrible nights of the last 5 years. And not even an apology from any of the managers, except the waitress who kept apologising - she could have gotten the manager but refused to do so. NEVER...

At first, the floor manager who served us the champagne accidentally opened it and poured some on the floor, luckily not spilling it on us. She did not apologize and ignored it as nothing happened. I expected better in members club
The first three courses were served quickly, with about a 10-minute break between courses which was good. However, there was a delay of 20 minutes between courses 4 and 5 and the main course number 5 which was generous, another 20 minutes delay! Main dish pastry was partially raw and some parts inedible. When pointed to floor manager she become defensive and stated that will pass message to the kitchen. Therefore she stated that dish was fine, however I saw that quite a few clients left pastry on plate too which suggested that kitchen had disaster that night! At the end of our experience we were quite pleased with our evening but The floor manager attitude was disappointing and she came across rude not taking any feedback from customers We spent about 2hours 40minutes in the restaurant which was far too long for 7 courses menu which 2 dishes...

My review is solely based on my experience. Therefore, the overall score will reflect both the positives and negatives without me mentioning the negatives (unless required) as each experience can be different.
So...my review; I have only used the gym facilities, however, upon entering for the first time, I was greeted with a smile, and with a polite receptionist. They were very helpful. Excellent customer service. This then carried on when I went to the gym. There, they were very helpful in trying to sort out the membership which alas, wasn't working via the app. I did get to use the facilities. The facilities are exceptional, both the gym and the men's room with amenities like shower gel/shampoo/conditioner to the hair dryer and electronic lockers. This place definitely oozes the - 'I'm worth the money'.
I would definitely recommend you to visit and to check it out.
