Having only been open for three months, this is a lovely little restaurant. The food is a good price and delicious, and the staff are very friendly. We ordered a burrata salad to share, and a bolognese.

🥗 Burrata Salad - This was a lovely salad. It was the perfect starter - a great sharing size. My one comment is that i love cutting into burrata, so i would have preferred it to be served whole rather than cut up. I really appreciated the interaction the chef had with us, asking if he could add truffle to our salad.

The salad was served with balsamic glaze and olive oil, and sprinkled with parmesan.

🍝 Bolognese - This was not an option on the menu, however we’re were informed that they had run out of lasagne, so could alternatively make a bolognese for us. The pasta was home made and amazing. The sauce was also very nice, however i would have preferred a little more meat being a bolognese.

Despite this, the sauce was incredibly tasty and i thoroughly enjoyed the dish. It came out garnished with basil, and sprinkled with parmesan, which we were offered more of.

Overal we had a great time here. The interior is so italian, as if you are transported to italy when you walk in. The staff were so friendly.

The lady serving us was very attentive, and i really appreciated the interactions we had with the chef. The resultant was very quiet, however they seem to have a popular lunch menu which i would really like to try.

With them only been open for 3 months, i really hope the best for this business and i would love to return, perhaps for...

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience

On 13/08/25 around 12:10 PM, my friend and I ordered lasagna from The Apulian Corner. What we received was shocking. The lasagna was clearly not fresh — it had the unmistakable texture and taste of something that had been pre-cooked and then reheated in a microwave. The appearance, the flavor, and the way it was served were all extremely unappetizing.

The dish tasted nothing like real lasagna. It was more like raw dough with tomato paste smeared on top. After two bites, we had to stop eating because it was simply inedible. We were concerned not just about the taste, but also about food safety. If we had finished it, we are almost certain it would have made us sick.

When we went to the counter to pay, we explained the situation to the woman there and told her the food was very bad. Her response was simply “ah okay” — and then she charged us full price. We paid over £25 for something that should never have been served to customers in the first place.

This is not a matter of taste preference — it’s about basic food quality and safety. No one should be served food like this in a restaurant. I would never return to this place and I strongly advise others to stay away. It's a waste of money and potentially dangerous to...

I visited on 16/06/2025 and ordered a coffee. I really appreciated the lady at the cashier—she was kind, approachable, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was affected by the behaviour of one of the male staff. He didn’t seem to know how to interact with customers respectfully, especially when asking about my order, requesting others to move to another table, and addressing the issue of bringing in outside food.

I completely understand if that’s part of the café’s policy, but the way he approached us felt rude and unprofessional, which left a negative impression. I was expecting the coffee to be good since it’s an Italian café, but it turned out to be nothing special in terms of taste. That said, I hope they can improve. The place itself was...
