Funky buddha bar — Restaurant in London

Not too pricey, very friendly staff and interesting venue. I had the special house cocktail which was ok but not stunning. Music was good and staff carried drinks down the steep stairs to the basement.

Reasonable cocktail and wine selection and very limited beer selection (one lager and one beer).

The basement can be hired and seems to have a good sound system.

Having visited Brickfields in Brockley a week ago I'd say that that was a better venue, but if I lived nearby Lagos would be a good...

It was my first time to visit and what a lovely surprise this place is! At first glimpse the place looks like a cosy and welcoming bar. Once you step in, you are welcomed by a fantastic staff and great music which you should follow to the basement floor. The fairy lights ligting up the room makes it feel very warm and almost magical. Lovely space for the music band (jazz in my case)/ dance floor or table sitting....

Friendly cocktail bar serving coffee, cocktails and beer. Run by a Nigerian and British couple. Classic cocktails, African jazz, relaxed atmosphere and occasional impromptu live saxophone serenades. Bar snacks and a handful of small plates. Dog friendly and lots of space downstairs. Also does weekend brunches (not every weekend) and music nights. Lgbt friendly. Level access only to ground floor (small step in) , stairs...
