Came here over the weekend having booked in advance. It was easy to book - staff responded to emails quickly.
On arrival the tables were all separate, not ideal when you want to talk in a group and other people sat at the tables anyway so the reserved signs need to be bigger.
Food was reasonable, nice chips but the meat platter I shared had too much sauce over the meat and it did not taste very fresh.
The drink I wanted had ran out so they made an alternative - strong and not as nice.
Staff were helpful with providing extras that were needed and were attentive when the table needed to be cleared.
Fairly dog friendly - one kind staff interacted with the dogs and provided them with treats and water. One staff member was extremely rude to me about my dogs stating they were disturbing customers however when a table close by were screaming (literally) they were not told to be quiet at 5:30pm…
Not in any rush to go back - expected better given some of the other reviews.
Did not see any changing facilities for babies and the toilets are upstairs… not the most accessible...

For a couple that's used to wetherspoons, this was a pricey venture for us, but it was a great experience all around.
I had the t bone steak (delicious) and my partner had the fish and chips (she said it was delicious too).
The staff were helpful via email helping us plan the visit.
Overall experience was 9/10, only note would be for disabled customers it would be better if we were greeted and shown to the table, but I understand it was busy and not many staff...
