If it was possible to give 0 star I would this place is an abomination and the manager gigi is rude and aggressive.
Food issues: 5 members of the groups chicken skewers were raw, when sending back we were offered to swap these out, feeling sick and off our food at this point we just asked for sweet potato fries then they came in burnt to a crisp.
Drink issues: during the bottomless brunch members of the group were ordering shots alongside the packages we chose. I ordered the birthday girl a vodka shot and after bringing the shot over the manager informed me she was not allowed any more prosecco if I was ordering additional drinks to the table. The manager Gigi spoke to a 60 year old women and a pregnant women in the group telling them they were not sensible enough to understand what she was saying. She was extremely rude and aggressive and left the entire group feeling distressed.
Slow service: Staff were slow which isn't really on for bottomless brunch when you want to make the most of your package rather than waiting 10-15 minutes between drinks and 45 minutes between courses.
Rude manager/ incompetent staff: As explained earlier the manager was a new level of rude and the staff just milled around and were very slow.
Health and safety: Both manager and staff took no issue with the fact the chicken was raw because it was swapped for raw chicken.
Will never return and would discourage anyone from going to this place it's awful. A far cry from the days when they had a credible management team, real mixologist behind the bar and competent chefs and...
Read moreNot great service, particularly at front of house, which is a shame as they were really good when they first opened. We came in for brunch at 11.40, and we were told they were fully booked by the person at the entrance desk, and they only had one table outside available. We explained that we would be not long, less than an hour (we were only 2 people). The person did not even look at the system to see when the tables were due to be occupied and we were again told it was only that table that we could occupy, and no where else. For some reason, I think we were just too much of a bother. The place was empty, they have about 30 tables inside and 2 were currently occupied. We were seated in the sun, this time we asked the waiter if we could be moved, and we were told that by 12.30 that the restaurante would be full, it was still empty. We left the restaurante at 12.35 after having brunch, and there were still only 2 tables occupied inside the restaurante. So much for the bookings and it being full! The food was actually okay, the coffee was spilled when it arrived, no apology offered. The whole thing could of been a whole lot better with a bit more customer care. Well, I too, cannot be...
Read moreA friend booked us in for bottomless brunch. The staff were lovely, very friendly but not over the top, they gave a brilliant service and checked if we needed topping up. They also informed us when our time limit was approaching so we could order one last drink. The Bloody Mary was good, mimosas refreshing and they served oak milk with coffee. My only issue was that there weren’t many plant based options, and I struggled to find two dishes on the options menu that complemented each other. I had the beer battered cauliflower but didn’t fancy the falafel burger, and didn’t want avocado on toast as I have that a lot. I ended up having pancakes, which aren’t plant based at all but oh well. It would be great if they put sweet potato wedges on the set menu rather than being a paying side, or chunky chips. Putting that aside, it was a nice lunchtime and we felt looked after. If they added more VE options I’d...
