Farr's Dalston — Restaurant in London

Nice place, good music selection however staff is very rude! I went there with a group of friends for a birthday. We all got different burgers and one of us got delivered a burger that she hadn't chosen. The reaction of the staff has been extremely unprofessional. In first instance they have asked the friend who didn't get her burger to eat it anyway, then they tried to convince her that it was exactly the burger she wanted even if it was obviusly not the same. As she refused they took the burger back in the kitchen, the waiter came once again to ask if she would accept the different burger. Then my friend had back the same burger (just unpleasently cold ) as the kitchen was closed and they couldn't made her a brand new one. They just have given her the cold burger she didn't choose and her money back (one pound less than she paid though) with not a single apology. Worst customer service ever! Burgers were average too. I actually have ordered skin on chips and got :skinny instead. When I asked the waitress and she said that menu meant skinny instead of skin on. (Menu clearly stated skin on instead). Four stars for the food, loses a star because of one of the staff. I pointed out to one of them that my friends were there to celebrate their wedding, and could he think of anything the pub might do to make them feel extra welcome. I indicated in the same breath that I would be willing to pay for such a thing if it came to that - this because of the rather negative look on his face. He said, 'Like what?". I said I wasn't sure (I should have said, hey 'Happy Wedding' on a cookie might be nice) but he was being such a dick, I was really taken aback and got flustered. He said, 'Well, if you think of something, let me know.' On the face of it, I am aware that these things may seem harmless enough, but the man's attitude stank, and I was left feeling like I was being a bit of a bother. Please note, I was NOT asking for free booze, or food or anything. I did not feel inclined to go back to him. He made me feel like a nuisance. I have never come across restaurant staff that lacked the good goddamned sense to duck into the chef and go, 'wedding on table 4, wanna fling a candle on a cupcake?'. Ass. NOT WELCOMED IF YOU'RE NOT FROM THE UK - I have never felt so discriminated and harassed by staff before. The only words I asked at the bar lady were "can I get a Margarita please?". She said my "tone was off". After ordering "a Margarita please", the bar tender lady shouted a "WhAaAtT?" at me. I repeated my order from the menu. And she processed to verbally harras me, saying I am rude, that I "should be put back in my place for my attitude" , and projecting what problem I have with her. I had only ordered a drink, while with my friends we were coming to an end of a really fun good night. This aggression just came form the fact that I have a "tone" according to her, which in reality is just a strong accent.
