Fisherman's Hut — Restaurant in London

I recently visited Fisherman’s Hut, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

The food was exceptional — the fish was perfectly cooked, with a light, crispy batter that wasn’t too greasy, and the chips were golden, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. It’s clear they use fresh ingredients, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s a classic fish and chip experience done to perfection! I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered a large lamb kofte kebab. Kebabs were frozen and defrosted in the microwave. Then they put the kebabs on an unlit grill. The salad was a few strands of lettuce swimming in a pool of water at the bottom of a bowl. The kebab was rubbery and oozed water when i tried to tear into it. It was not cooked even halfway. Biting into it was like sinking teeth into a soaked flip-flop. Just ate here. I had a lovely large portion of chips. Freshly made. Very hot. Tasted great. My friend had the cod bites which were three large pieces of cod, light crispy batter, not soggy and thick white cod. Delicious. The service was excellent. The gentleman who served us, cooked the fish and chips to order. He was so lovely. Very very friendly, professional and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meals.
