Flamer's Piri Piri — Restaurant in London

I wasn’t happy at all from the level of customer service to the quality of the food. I ordered the standard 5 wings and chips as I was hungry and had short time to eat. I had a very busy work day. But as I walked in, they took my order straight away, which was good. There was another customer before me that ordered a meal twice, but they only got one meal ready for him. When he corrected them, they started to argue with him, telling him that he only ordered one meal. I’m standing there listening to this arguement when I want to revive my food and crack on with the day. So I got one worker arguing with a customer to my left, and the other worker having a friendly conversation with a friend to my right. It took me nearly 20mins to receive my food, which was poor quality. The chips were rock hard (managed to graze my mouth) and the wings were very oily (sickening level). Also, when the guy asked me if I wanted any sauce, I told him I wanted ketchup and mayo, as he was getting a tub ready (extra charge for it) and he got annoyed when I told him to put it over the sauce. The only reason why they got a 2 star rather than a 1 star is because they compensated, with an extra wing, for some of their small wings. This has to be my first...

BE CAREFUL,, Ordered chicken over just eat app from them, food came rotten, smelly , do not recommend that place to no one,as this happened second time, my partner few weeks ago ordered chicken and come rotten ,today by accident I ordered from same place and come again rotten and I was sick from the smell, and threw it straight in the outside bin, this accident happened twice now then...

We were searching for parking nearby when we stumbled upon this shop. The fast food we ordered was delicious, and they customized it according to our preferences. Although the place isn't large, it was quite cold during my visit.

Overall, I recommend this spot for a chicken wrap meal!
