Updated. Since it was taken over by new management this place has improved massively. So I'm now giving it 4 stars. Staff are friendly helpful and charging the correct amount when paying by card. I am glad this place got taken over by new management

I normally pay by cash and when I go in i order quite a bit but last few times i paid by card and they seem to charge more per item when paying with card and dont tell you. The prices on the menu should match what i paid but iv noticed iv been charged 5 pounds extra everytime.Beware of these guys as it seems like they are overcharging just for paying by card and not even by a little bit either, i could buy another meal with the extra they are taking. ⚠️ Poor customer service, staff gave wrong change multiple times to my 11 year old thinking he won’t realise, and today’s wings were the cherry on the top to this negative review. Meat completely dry ( all 6 wings, not a first time ) tasting rancid on this occasion .... When questioned over the phone about meat freshness and length of time on display, Raj answered that it’s fresh and they’ve sold 200-300 wings today and no one complained - looks like people are taste-blind and used to their horrible chicken or I was very unlucky. Believe me - it was bad 🤮 and had to bin my meal! I won’t be going back there...

Bought fillet burger and 6 wings..

On the way home, I was smelling something coming from the bag - didn’t think much of it.

When I went to eat I tried the burger first, the chicken was low quality, tough and rubbery. Disappointing.

The wings were what was smelling - it got worse when you bit them - literally smelt like rotting flesh, it was putrid and it was binned.

I wasted £7 on this and was too far to go back for a refund.

Take this review as a warning - this shop uses low quality spoiled meat, if you care for your health - avoid.
