The very best of London cafes. Smartly decorated, friendly and efficient service, GREAT food with an eclectic menu mixing the traditional with modern that is ideal for breakfast, lunch or pre-theatre tea with the kids.

I used to live around the corner so have known this place for a long time. It’s locally run by the same team for over 20 years. I just visited for the first time since COVID and found everything as it always had been - tip top at great value!

My US cousins love to visit this place every time they come to London and are never disappointed.

For the uninitiated, the understated exterior conceals a modern, well decorated venue with a menu selection that combines the best of traditional London cafe fare, with modern options for all tastes and dietary requirements. You can also pick and choose from this broad selection to build your own meal, any time of day.

I just finished up two eggs, two sausages, two hash browns and two rashers of bacon, with tea and toast on the side for £13. DELICIOUS and great value when a burger and fries in a pub seems to cost nearly £20...

My family and I we really love this place. They have the best service and THE BEST HASHBROWNS: They always let us feel welcomed, and they adjust to any extra asks. Kadir and Nuray are really taking care of every customer with dedication and warm-hearted. The portions are really good and you'll have great value for money.

Secret tip: They have the one and only Karam chocolate bars from Turkey. Those are delicious!!! I am pretty sure that you can not find them anywhere else in London, maybe the UK as they are only to be found in Turkey.

What I also like about this place is that it is really a London original. You can tell that they have a really authentic vibe, perfect for down to earth people like me.

They prepare the food incredibly quickly, which makes it easy to have a quick bite before or during work. Perfect for people that work from home, for example.

There is a table outside as well if you like to sit in the sun. The view is of the Blythe...

Worst Cafe Ever! Very rude customer service. And the quality of the produce is abysmal, tasteless and disgusting. You can tell they are so bad because they are always empty and they are right next to a massive construction site. If builders won’t eat in your café, you know you’re doing something wrong! If I could advise the owners, it would be firstly better quality meat, the sausages are just like flour. That really makes a big difference, Secondly, the prices are too high for what they offer. Thirdly, you should be able to Be flexible with your customers if they don’t eat eggs replace the eggs in a breakfast with something else like tomatoes as long as it’s not extra money it shouldn’t be a problem. And then Fourth actually be nice to your customers. That’s just the very beginning there’s so much more that you could do better at this café but start with those four points and you probably would see an increase in...

We went in for breakfast here on a Sunday morning, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The place is family-run, and you can feel it-the atmosphere is really cozy and homey. No marketing to lure one time visitors, no touristy gimmicks to instagram the place. It truly is a solid, down-to-earth cafe with genuinely nice people running it. We don't have these in London anymore. If you want an authentic local spot rather than a polished-up tourist trap, this is the place. Highly recommend for a good meal with a welcoming vibe.

£9.90 for a standard breakfast, contrary to what they describe as “extra large” breakfast. Yeah right.. extra large plate - yes, price - YES. Sausages and bacon incredibly cheap produce, especially the sausage - beige, frozen and deep fried. I declined the chips - no offer of anything else. Service impersonal too. Premium prices for a cheap meal. Either bring your prices down or improve the quality your food.
