Absolutely disgusting behaviour from today's acting manager Leo at the Walthamstow branch (power trip much) apparently walk in customers aren't as needed as online customer. I went to greggs today and was ordering what I usually order and I decided to treat the kids to some donuts. There were four chocolate donuts so I ordered four. The lovely gentleman Lewis was opening the box to put my donuts in when out from the back comes Leo with the power trip of being manager for the day and starts to take the donuts that Lewis was about to box for me. I said to Leo that I've already ordered those donuts sorry. His response was someone online ordered it too so.... My response was that I'm here and it has already been sold. Leo then carrys on to box the donuts for his online order making mention that it's an online order(like that gives them presidents over a walk in). I then asked what if Lewis had boxed it already, what would you have done then? Leo's response to my question was, did you pay? Valid point, no I didn't as yet as Lewis was seeing to all of my order before he took payments. Which then made me decide to not spend my hard earned money somewhere that did not...
