Extremely Displeased with Megabite's Unacceptable Service

I am writing this review with immense disappointment and disgust after my recent experience at Megabite, a chicken place that has left me questioning the quality and hygiene standards of their establishment.

Upon placing an order for what was supposed to be a simple and enjoyable meal of chicken, I was appalled to find a completely unexpected and horrifying surprise when I opened the package – a dead pigeon instead of the promised chicken. This is beyond unacceptable and has left me thoroughly disgusted with Megabite's lack of professionalism and disregard for basic food safety.

Not only did the mix-up completely ruin my appetite, but it also raises serious concerns about the restaurant's sourcing and handling of their ingredients. I cannot fathom how such a mistake could occur in the first place. It is clear that there are severe lapses in the quality control and food safety practices at Megabite, and this incident has left me with a profound sense of unease.

Furthermore, when attempting to address this issue with Megabite's customer service, I was met with an indifferent and dismissive attitude. The lack of a sincere apology or any meaningful attempt to rectify the situation only adds insult to injury. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Megabite, and I am left wondering how they can continue to operate with such blatant disregard for their patrons.

In light of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Megabite to anyone. The appalling mistake, coupled with the unprofessional response from the staff, reflects poorly on the integrity of the establishment. The staff is very friendly,they paid attention to what kind of drink I asked for with my menu.I saw how they prepare the food,filter the oil in which the meat and potatoes are fried,store the meat marinated the night before in the refrigerator,which is why it is so tasty.The owner buys meat of verified halal quality.There are no pigeons in the attic.However,I know that someone recently opened a similar chicken restaurant there. I think people would do better if they helped this Megabite chicken restaurant survive this competition.I have a good opinion of this restaurant and I would gladly recommend it...

I went here today and it honestly it was disgusting.I ordered meal and my burger buns was stale.
