Greggs — Restaurant in London

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Over the past year, my visits to this Greggs have been quite mixed. There’s one lovely part-time staff member who’s always so kind and welcoming, which I really appreciate.

However, I’ve often found that some of the other staff members can come across as rude and impatient, especially when it comes to using the Greggs app. On multiple occasions, I’ve had issues where I felt I was being treated unfairly. For example, today, when I scanned my app before ordering, one of the staff members raised her voice and questioned why I scanned it “too fast” even though I hadn’t "placed an order yet". I explained that I was checking my app to see what was available / redeem my offers, which seemed reasonable, but the reaction felt unnecessarily harsh. Other staff members also explicitly display their frustration towards me, and to other customers a lot. On top of that, the food I received was cold, which was disappointing.

This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, and I’ve also seen similar interactions with other customers. I really hope the service improves because I generally enjoy Greggs, but experiences like this make visits far...

Thats how the experience was with Greg’s. Ordered through Just Eat. The driver came like this holding it and said sorry but u can complained to the customer service .

First of all the driver could have change this when he saw it . But rather he came confidently to said, “plz call the customer service and they will replace you.” Who wants to wait for coffee again for 40 mins !

Also gregs sealing the cup was not accurate . They used sticker to seal the aide if the cup but it want placed correctly .

The same thing happened before as well with one of my friends . That was considered as an accident . But this is not not like that any more . Its carelessness . Store and the driver too. For this £ 3.80 coffee amount return, i had to spend time chasing customer service long enough to make my rest of the food cold and tasteless. Very very...
