As I entered the store, shivering from the chill outside, I was greeted with a genuine smile that instantly warmed my soul. I am hesitant to share this review, but I feel it is necessary to bring certain issues to the attention of the management.

I have noticed a recurring problem with the store's opening hours. Despite arriving just before the scheduled opening time on numerous occasions, I have found that the store consistently opens late. I have attached a few photographs to illustrate this issue.

Additionally, there seems to be a persistent problem with equipment breakdowns in this branch. Last week, one of the ovens was out of order, and this week, it is the coffee machine. It is disappointing that customers are unable to enjoy a cup of coffee, especially during the morning rush.

On a positive note, I must commend the morning staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They have consistently demonstrated courtesy and support, which is greatly appreciated.

Average. Lived in the area for a few years now, and been here on multiple occasions hoping for a better experience .

1)Fridges are almost always empty 2)Could do with better customer service, you often feel rushed and unwelcome by staff 3)They close earlier than stated on Google 4)I have , in multiple occasions, found long strand of hair in the baguettes (I have complained about this) 5)Hot food is often cold /warm 6)The Greggs app is pointless if I have to queue in line to pick up my pre-existing & paid order … what’s the point? And it’s never updated anyway, half of the things you order through the app end up being unavailable…

Anyway, despite my review , I know it won’t stop you from ordering at this specific Greggs branch. We love a good , average , cold...
