Ground Coffee Society — Restaurant in London

I love this place but the manager needs to work on their front of house attitude. (He seemed in charge so I’m just assuming he’s a manager? Bearded guy, dark hair?) Just constantly Pacing up and down the room, not doing anything and was clearly bored and then on his phone a lot. Which didn’t bother me as much as when he started putting stools upside down on the tables at 16:18!! They close at 5 and there where 5 other tables of people still there enjoying drinks and food. But I obviously didn’t feel welcome to stay a minute longer or get another drink when he did it to the table next to me. I was just amongst stools, and I didn’t want to finish my cake...I just left. What was he doing??....I suppose he was tired of pacing and being on his phone? Stools were Something to do? So bad, It was far too soon and was far too rude.

Aside from this, I give it a 4-5 stars, as the rest of the staff are lovely approachable and friendly and there is great food. Please hope see this and take a look into this because this felt really bad and soured the nice experience...
