Food here at Hirst and sons is great their hot pork, apple sauce and stuffing bap is deliscious. It even comes with a piece of crispy crackling. I've also had sandwiches here made with sliced fresh bread, fillings are always fresh and appetising. Sausage rolls were fresh crispy and all were so reasonably priced. Staff are great and very helpful and friendly. The only thing that stops Hirst and sons from getting a 5 star review from me is the atmosphere of the actual shop its dated and looks sparse. I had a cornish pastie and a latte here yesterday because for lunch. A colleague recommended the bakery and to my surprise the pastry was one of the best i have had in a long time.
