Indiano Pizza (Chingford) — Restaurant in London

If I could give 0 stars I would, after ordering here and getting home realised our pizza was mouldy, sent out a second pizza the dough smelt foul and again weird green spots on it, having had enough I called back for a refund, the manager refused refund because they sent out a second pizza, as if that Sorts their issues out. I can’t fault the person on the phone he was just being fed information from the manager who refused to speak to me. Anyway I have reported this to the local food hygiene authorities as this clearly from reviews isn’t the first. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

You sent out a replacement pizza and the delivery driver refused to take the original pizza because he couldn’t be bothered to take it… I rang straight away for a refund and I have the phone records to prove it and also the inspector emailed me and said it’s not mould yes which I’m glad, BUT ITS FROM DIRT ON YOUR TRAYS that you do not wash so it’s not herbs it’s DIRT AND OLD GREASE. And you have been advised to up your cleaning standards. Stop lying to make yourselves look better, just don’t want people wasting their money...

Came here for the first time and can see why I never rushed to visit, standing watching and assessing there was pizza dough in the pans all piled up on the floor where everyone is walking pass in the kitchen area -the delivery man/worker in his outside coat cutting pizza , two other workers fixing machinery, moving the mop about and not once did i see any hand washing. The pizza pans ( with the dough got knocked over and one worker stepped over to go to the back whilst the other was fixing it) Now for the food... flavourless , topping have no taste , masala fries is just piri piri salt and a small portion , garlic bread was ok. I had ordered from chingford branch today firstly my order was late I was told it will come in just under an hour so I called an hour later n was told there r very busy so it will come asap so I said ok and it came in 1 hour n 25 minutes I was ok with that as it happened some time then I started eating and my chicken grilled burger was chicken was hard was thinking I will let it go but then find a hair in the pizza base and that really put me off I've had problem before too with them but always let it go today a review had to go up will never order from them again u can see in the pic that I pulled out but there's still some hair in there good luck...
